Judit Mátyus Design is not a business, it is a passion. We only list our own creations, the items that we are 100% satisfied with. All products are made with great care and precision. Enjoy browsing! We hope you find that unique something you just have to have!


Payment is accepted through PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can use PayPal to pay with your debit or credit card. Please select “PayPal” for your payment option and then on the next screen you will have the option to select “Pay with Checkout Express, debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit”.

All items arrive ready for gift-giving. We ship to the address you filled out on the PayPal screen!
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. We do ship everything via USPS first class. In case you would like USPS Priority shipping please select this option on the checkout page.
Please note that Judit Mátyus Design will not be held responsible for any item that gets lost in transit through the post office. We recommend to add insurance to your order when checking out.
Domestic shipping usually takes around 2-7 days, but it may take longer depending on your location and the postal service.
Please allow for extra time during the Holidays! We do not ship to a P.O. Box Address.
We ship to the address you filled out when ordering the item.
Shipping is carried out by a third party and thus Judit Mátyus Design cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to the possibility of unforeseen events that affect parcel carriers.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer as these fees may or may not be charged and are unpredictable.

Refunds and Exchanges

Contact us if you have issues with your order and we can work it out, we are here to help you. Please make sure to save all packing material from the order. Please remember our items are for adults only and should be handled with that in mind. Most custom items should be handled with care. Refunds can be made within 2 days of receiving the item if there is something wrong with it. In this case please contact us within 2 days. You will have to pay ALL shipping costs. The item has to be returned in the same condition it was sent within 4 days of receiving it. We take extra special care to be sure it makes it to you in mint condition with our packaging.

We do not pay refund for those pieces damaged in shipping. We have NO CONTROL how the post office handles items. IF YOU WANT INSURANCE, please select “add insurance” when checking out.

If you order an item and it has been marked shipped and you want to cancel the order, there will be NO REFUNDS UNLESS WE RECEIVE THE ITEM BACK IN THE SAME WAY IT CAME TO YOU; “UNOPENED” SENT BACK TO US. We will give you refund after we receive it. We only refund the price of the item, NOT THE SHIPPING. You are responsible to pay ALL shipping costs.

Delivery confirmation and insurance is recommended when mailing back to us. Judit Mátyus Design is not responsible for returns that are damaged in transit.

Privacy Policy

We will never share your sensitive information, email and credit card info with anyone. Your credit card info is never stored on our servers it is professionally managed by PayPal.
